Sundilla welcomes the acclaimed Noah Zacharin to town on Friday, May 12. This will be the first of the 2023 concerts to be held at Pebble Hill (101 S. Debardeleben, Auburn) and as with all Pebble Hill concerts, this one will be outside if the weather cooperates. Advance tickets are just $20 and can be found at Spicer’s Music, Ross House Coffee, and online at sundillamusic.com; admission at the door will be $25. Free coffee, water, tea and food will be available, and the audience is always welcome to bring their own favorite food or drink.
This will be Noah’s first in-person Sundilla appearance, but not his first time in the area; he performed at the first Opelika Songwriters Festival, and enjoyed such great on-stage chemistry with Pat Wictor at the festival that they still sometimes tour together. When a Sundilla concert featuring Noah and Pat was canceled in 2020, Noah performed the first online Sundilla concert, when online was the only way to experience live music.
Noah Zacharin is a widely acclaimed guitar master, multi-genre songwriter, and dynamic performer. He was given his first guitar at age 9, wrote his first song at 13, and began performing at 14. In December 2015, Zacharin became a full-time recording and touring musician, and is more thrilled than ever to be doing what he has always done. He has toured with Odetta, David Lindley, Dave Van Ronk, Jesse Winchester, Alex de Grassi, and Fairport Convention. Born in Montreal, Zacharin splits his time between Toronto, the road, and an off-grid cabin on the Canadian Shield.
